Everybody across India celebrates the Diwali festival and integrating events at work has become crucial to improving employee engagement. Celebrations are a great way to bring employees together and make the workplace environment more inclusive.

It also leads to high morale for employees, promotes team spirit and gives everyone a chance to be happy. Organizations have moved away from traditional ways of celebrating this festival and are implementing newer and more modern methods.

The Diwali celebration at Chapter247 was a colorful affair. Events and fun activities were lined up to engage their employees so that they had the best time that they deserved. The office and all workstations were decorated in the morning with flowers & employees were invited all decked up in the best of their traditional attire.

The decoration was followed by Rangoli Making and Diya Painting competitions, wherein the team members expressed their creativity and crafted amazing Rangolis and Diyas too. This was followed by some refreshments and Diwali Gift distribution.
